BERLIN  Arrival in Berlin, the capital and largest city in Germany. Welcome by our local representative and transfer to your hotel.

BERLIN  After breakfast, begin your private morning city tour of Berlin, providing an overview of both the historic and contemporary aspects of the city including numerous famous monuments. See the Kurfürstendamm, the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche church, Charlottenburg Castle, the Siegessäule, the Government district (Regierungsviertel), the Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, the remains of the Berlin Wall, Potsdamer Platz and more. The rest of the day is yours to explore on your own.

POTSDAM & SANSSOUCI PALACE   Breakfast at your hotel. Today, your tour combines an incredible mix of culture, art and architecture on your full day excursion to the city of Potsdam to visit the Old Quarter, the Russian settlement of Alexandrowka and the Dutch Quarter. Enjoy a stroll through the beautiful gardens of Sanssouci Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the New Palace, the New Chambers Palace, the historic Windmill, Charlottenhof Castle, the Roman baths, the Orangery Palace and much more. While touring, you will have two hours of free time to explore the palaces and lunch on your own. (Note that the Sanssouci Palace is closed on Mondays; entrance fees are paid locally).

BERLIN    Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy your day at leisure. Perhaps take an optional tour of Dresden, also known as Florence on the Elbe, offering many museums and classical architecture, not included.

BERLIN – MUNICH   Breakfast at your hotel. Check out of your hotel and private transfer to the train station to board your train for Munich, the capital of beautiful Bavaria. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax for the remainder of the day.

MUNICH  Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your half-day, private city tour of Munich, the home of the famous Oktoberfest. Start at the Karlstor, passing the church of St. Michael, the Marienplatz Square with City Hall and its famous Carillon, the Frauenkirche and many other attractions of the historic center. We recommend a tour of Munich’s old town and the history of beer brewing. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure perhaps to do some shopping in the area of Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstrasse.

MUNICH    Breakfast at the hotel. Today you are free to explore the city at your leisure. For those interested in cars, we suggest a tour of BMW World, discovering this brand of luxury vehicles with a variety of interactive activities, representing mobility, elegance, dynamics and passion. The unique exhibition showcases 125 of the most important BMW vehicles ever made. For your last night in Germany, you can explore areas such as Schwabing, with its beautiful English Garten, once known as Munich’s Bohemian quarter.

MUNICH – HOME  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for your homebound flight.
