After breakfast at your hotel, begin your half-day tour of Genoa to discover this historic center, one of the largest in Europe. See hidden treasures including Commenda of Prè to Sarzano Hill from the Banco di San Giorgio to San Matteo, through squares and alleys, arcades and medieval palaces. Visit the Villa del Principe (Villa Doria), the richest and most noble household of the city of Genoa, the Villa of the only Prince Genoa ever had. Your afternoon is free to continue enjoying Italy’s largest sea port. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and take your private transfer to Sestri Levante, once a quiet fishing village which is becoming a favourite spot for tourists and Italians alike. Take the rest of your day at leisure.

Breakfast at your hotel. Today, participate in two Zero-Kilometer tastings and workshops focused on making authentic pesto, as well as a wine tasting of Ligurian wine. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure, especially the beautiful beach.
CINQUE TERRE
After breakfast, begin your full-day excursion by boat and train, taking you through the enchanting area of Cinque Terre which in Italian translates to Five Lands. The five villages perch precariously on the cliffs high above the Mediterranean Sea, nearly inaccessible by road. Discover the unique character of different villages by boat: Riomaggiore is the oldest village; access colourful Vernazza by train. After lunch on your own, continue by train to Monterosso, the westernmost village protected by vineyard and olive grove covered hills. Enjoy your time at leisure to explore and return by train to Sestri Levante.

Breakfast at your hotel. Relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Italian Riviera. For those more interested in cuisine, a cooking class and show including fresh pasta, Genoese focaccia or traditional fish dishes is available, not included.
