PUCÓN  Breakfast. For an incredible adventure, spoil yourself with an exciting flight around the Villarrica Volcano by helicopter or small plane for a glimpse of the active lava, not included. Alternatively, work with the hotel’s cheese maker to introduce you to this beautiful art, allowing you to further appreciate that all the food at the hotel comes from their own land and dairies.

SANTA RITA WINERY  Beakfast. Today, depart from your hotel towards the Maipo Valley. Stop for a private tour of the Santa Rita Winery, founded in 1880 by Domingo Fernandez Concha, who introduced fine French grapes to this region, which gave birth to his world-renowned wines. You will have a tour through the cellars and a wine tasting of this unique wine, learning about the traditional as well as the modern techniques which give this wine its unique aroma and body. Enjoy lunch in the historic colonial house of the winery, restaurant Dona Paula. Return to Santiago and your hotel.
